relaxing stay with convenient amenities
bus passes mountain view convenient location wood fireplace
the free bus passes were useful. they made getting around easy. i liked the mountain views from the hot pool and sauna. the location was near the bus station. i found the wood-burning fireplace added a cozy touch.
I noticed a slight smoky smell in the room, possibly from previous fireplace use. It was minor though.

the room layout was nice. communal areas were available around the condo. it included basic utensils for meal preparation. we used the kitchen to cook.

the kitchen was complete with accessories for our stay. it allowed us to prepare meals easily. this was particularly convenient for our family. i found it quite useful to have these amenities.

the pool area provided ample opportunity for recreation. i appreciated the heated floors in the pool area, a detail i didn't know i needed. the game room provided entertainment. there was a hiking trail nearby.

The unit was spacious. We had a wood fireplace. The provided firewood was plentiful near our door. I loved the hot tub and sauna area during the day. It was not crowded then.

Great Amenities with Loft
friendly staff wonderful view clean room easy check in
Check in was easy. The staff was friendly, polite and knowledgable. The pool area has a wonderful view, and was not too busy. It was open late too. Room included essentials for cooking. The place was clean.
Communal laundry was limited. It had only one working washing machine for the whole complex.

The hot pool offers great views and relaxation opportunities. There are many grill zones throughout the hotel. Covered parking is available , especially convenient during winter months.
Location

The resort is located on a hilltop, which provides 360-degree views. Free bus tickets are provided for transportation to the town center. This simplifies access to amenities without needing a car.

Our loft apartment included a kitchen, multiple beds and a bathroom. The apartment had essentials for cooking and comfortable beds. Extra blankets were available. This added extra warmth to the room.

obvious mould poor upkeep
mould was present in the shower , a clear sign of poor upkeep. i noticed cobwebs on the lighting fixtures and dust accumulation on the extraction fans. soap scum was built up around the drain holes , so the sinks were not cleaned well.

the facility includes lots of parking spaces. the pool was heated. i enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. the receptionist gave us tips on places to visit.
the room is clearly unsuitable for long stays.
